Ten-year-old artistic gymnast Madi has many challenges to overcome as she sets off for her first British Gymnastics residential training camp - not least of all learning how to do her own pony tail! Thankfully mum gives her a quick 'hair-up' master class before she sets off, so it's just her gymnastics that she needs to focus on when she meets the national coaches.
