Mrs. Swing Nation (Lacy) is the vibrant, Southern co-host of The Swing Nation, a highly-rated podcast that she runs alongside her husband, Dan. As vocal advocates for consensual non-monogamy, the couple creates content designed to destigmatize the swinger lifestyle, share practical advice, and educate others on ethical non-monogamy.
