Having a background in ballet, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary dance, and flamenco as well as a black belt in Tae Kwan, Maria Jose decided to move to Los Angeles to further pursue her acting career and recently graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she also had the opportunity to write and perform an autobiographical piece.
