Her father is originally from the UK but has lived in Sweden for many years. She is openly pansexual. Henry began her career as a youth reporter for Göteborgs-Posten and started blogging at the age of 12. From 2011 to 2017, she was one of the biggest YouTubers in the Nordic region. She also had a talk show on Kanal 5 Play in 2013 and later hosted Häng med Clara Henry, where she spent a day with her guests rather than conducting studio interviews. She won Vlogger of the Year at the Blog Awards 2013. In 2014, she worked with SVT Play, interviewing contestants and guests during Melodifestivalen, and later became one of the main hosts in 2017.
