After studying at Montfort College in elementary school, he went on to study at the Thai-Chinese bilingual school Chongfah Xinseng Wanish Bamrung. Afterwards, he enrolled in the Faculty of Communication Arts at The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. As a youth table tennis player, he was a District 5 representative (northern region). In national competition, Bas managed to place 2nd runner up. When he was substituted, he decided to make the career change from athlete to singer-actor. Starting out, he landed mainly extra work. It wasn't until "2Moons" in 2017 that Bas landed his first leading role. In 2018, he joined the recurring cast of his first Chinese series "Cinderella Chef". In February 2018, he made his debut as a vocalist in the boy group SBFIVE which disbanded in 2020. In 2023, Bas left Star Hunter Entertainment and signed as talent under Studio Wabi Sabi. Born Suradet Srithongnopphawong, he changed his last name in the beginning of his career before changing his first name to Hassanat in 2024.
