Audiences really engaged with her character "Pepper" and shortly after, she was offered a starring role in her first Singaporean feature film, CLOUDS IN MY COFFEE, a small indie film about three women coming of age. After this successful brief stint in Singapore, Ase moved her career to Hong Kong, where she appeared in many commercials and music videos along side stars such as, Aaron Kwok and she was named one of FHM's Sexiest Women of Asia for 4 years running.
