A University of the Philippines Diliman graduate, she gained fame for her work on That Thing Called Tadhana (2014) and for directing acclaimed films like Fan Girl (2020) and Sunshine (2024). She is a nine-time FAMAS nominee and four-time Gawad Urian nominee, both for her writing and directing. She will run the company as Head of Creatives with longtime collaborator and producer Reign Anne De Guzman.
