With a prolific career spanning over five decades and an astonishing record of acting in more than 1,000 films, he is widely celebrated as one of Sandalwood's most recognizable, dependable, and ubiquitous character actors and comedians. Born in Honnavalli village in the Arkalgud taluk of the Hassan district in Karnataka, Krishna developed a passion for the performing arts during his formative years.
